Invoice Delays - Special Binary Cycles

We have been slammed with a number of issues this month that really stretched our capacity in just about every way possible. We reached a limit from a purchasing side of how much mining equipment we could buy, we reached a limit in our database from a technical side, and we hit a limit with our support being able to handle all of these issues.

It was like a perfect storm this month and we want to apologize for any issues that have gone unresolved. Today we finally got ahead of the issues and feel like we are making big progress on support tickets, capacity limits, and thanks to some added staff members and improvements to our scripts we should be back to normal this week!

One of the main issues we discovered was with our block explorer around September 18th. A block explorer is what allows for the detection of transactions that have been confirmed or denied by the Bitcoin network. 

Most companies rely on 3rd party block explorers like Blockchain.info (which is the biggest and most trusted) but there are several others that operate and the idea is the more of them in the market the faster payments can be detected overall. So about a year ago we decided to build our own custom block explorer and it has been working great.

Then on September 18th we found an issue where our block explorer stopped updating the blockchain and so from the 18th through the 21st all invoices that were paid with Bitcoin were not being confirmed by our system.

We have now fixed this issue and we will be updating all of the invoices from these past 4 days over the next 2 payment periods (today and tomorrow). We are spreading it out over 2 payment periods to help account for any potential of missed binary cycles. 

This issue only affected the binary so all level up payments will be 100% accurate after these next 2 periods. Also, all invoices paid using Pay it Forward were not affected by this, it was only for actual Bitcoin transactions.

To compensate everyone for this delay we are going to allow everyone Double Cycles for up to 2x more than you normally would get based on your rank for the next 2 payment cycles. However, this ONLY applies to accounts that did not max out their cycles during the last 4 days.

If you were maxed out on your cycles from the pay it forward credits alone then your account will not be eligible for these double cycle payments becuase you did not miss out on anything, you will only receive the lost commissions from level up.

Anytime we have issues like this we do our best to fix them and by paying double cycles this should be more than fair. (In fact, some members will even make more than they should but we are ok with this).

September 4th Binary Paid!

Another issue occurred on September 4th. This was an isolated issue and it happened on the day we implemented hard limits within our system to cap daily transactions.

Without getting into the details, basically it caused the September 4th binary to be missed and we have just finished running this day for all invoices and you will now see the payment in your wallet.

Support Ticket Delays

This month has really knocked us down on the support side. As you can imagine with all these little issues happening our support ticketing system has been completely overloaded. We have hired more staff members and we continue to do everything to get our tickets caught up but they are coming in faster than we can reply. 

However, today was a good day!

We have fixed many of our issues and we believe moving forward we have the staff and capacity to keep up with our growth. We are very aware that many of you have been waiting weeks for a response on your tickets and we sincerely apologize for not being able to handle your issue in a timely manner. 

It's our hope that these latest fixes will solve your issue and so we are going to be sending out a more detailed reply addressing all the main issues we had in a single email response to your ticket. If your issue was not fixed by this latest round of updates then please respond back to the ticket and we will look further into your account. 

It's our goal to get back to 24 hour response time and we apologize again for all these small issues that pushed the response time back so far.

Withdrawals... Monero, Zcash, ETH, BTC, BCH, and ETC Payments

Most of our withdrawals are now up to date with the exception of Ethereum. But for Monero, Zcash, Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash, and Ethereum Classic all have been caught up within the past 24 hours and will be fully caught up by the end of the weekend. 

For Ethereum we have to rebuild our queue system because there was a technical issue that is very specific to the way ETH works. We are close on bringing this back online and when we do it will be much faster and more efficient system.

If your payments are delayed don't worry, we have not forgotten about you. If you have a "pending" transaction then you will receive it very soon (this week). We know how sensitive the payments issues can be and we want you to know this will get paid once our system is updated. 

GPU Expansion Plans

On a brighter note... We have just completed a massive GPU expansion plan that will start coming online middle of October. With our latest purchase you will see a huge bump on our Ethereum mining pool and we will be allocating this power to all coins that we mine. 

We are very bullish on the future of GPU power. Not only do we have big opportunities in the crypto mining space right now, but we believe the entire market for data mining is just getting started. We can use these machines in the future for artificial intelligence, DNA sequencing, number crunching, and numerous simulations for dozens of different industries that we have identified. 

By purchasing a GPU share it gives you full access to your machine's power that you can allocate however you want. It's our goal in 2018 to start bringing in other options for you to use your power on. 

With this model you are buying hardware that can be rented out to companies who will pay to use the machines and we are excited to explore the potential of this.

Receive 100% Bitcoin Mining Earnings...

One of the biggest complaints we always receive is why a member cannot receive 100% of their mining earnings.

We decided to fix this! 

Now you can set your mining earnings to pay back 100% of your daily earnings for each mining pool. All you have to do is go to your Mining Stats page and you will now see the option under the drop down menu to select between 0% and 100% of your daily earnings.

Bitcoin Mining Capacity Update...

As you know from the previous updates we hit the limit for our capacity to purchase and deploy new Bitcoin mining machines. This caused us to scale back our sales and only offer what we could actually deploy in a timely manner.

Well now we have some good news on this... Today we were able to secure a large batch that will go live in January of next year. This will allow us to increase our sales capacity today by about 15% starting right now.

As it stands we have already paid for an additional 200 PH that will be coming online sometime in late November and pushing our pool over the 500 PH mark. Now with this new batch we will have another 100-200 PH that will start coming online in January. 

We will continue to work hard to increase our hardware capacity and will keep you posted as more batches become available. However, given our current demand you can expect to see more of the "Sold Out" messages as we work on securing more equipment. 

GPU Founder Pay-it-Forward is LIVE... 

We just added the $5,000 GPU Founder pool under the Pay it Forward tab, which you can find under your Bitcoin Wallet page. We have no issues scaling our GPU capacity and we are going to be moving a lot of our resources over to expanding here. 

By doing this it will make the GPU shares more profitable and we believe 2018 will be an incredible year for GPU minable coins. We highly suggest you begin shifting your focus to the GPU shares.

Bitcoin Mining Shares Update...

As we mentioned in the last update the demand for our mining pools simply grew faster than our ability to scale. So instead of taking on new sales and delaying the payouts we have decided to only sell what we can deploy in a timely manner. 

This was a very hard decision to cut off sales but we believe its the right thing to do in order to protect all the shares we have already sold and to be responsible. 

It's our hope this cap is only temporary, however based on the overall supply in the market we may be facing this from now until the end of the year. 

In order to make this fair for everyone we are going to be changing the sales to cap them every 1 hour instead of every 24 hours. This is to accommodate all members across different time zones. 

Starting Monday at 0:00 GMT we will go live and make a certain amount of shares available for the first hour. Then at 1:01 GMT we will go live again with more shares to offer up until 2:00 GMT. This will continue each hour moving forward. 

Example... If the sales only last for 5 minutes before sold out then you will need to wait until the next hour begins.

This will start on Monday because we need to make a few changes over the weekend to ensure the cap runs smoothly each hour rather than in a single 24 hour period. 

GPU Shares Available for Purchase...

We want to remind you that GPU shares are NOT capped and you can buy as many of these machines as you would like. Over the next few months we are going to be putting a heavy emphasis on GPU mining and you will see a lot of new and cool features supporting this. 

We strongly recommend if you are unable to buy Bitcoin shares that you jump into our GPU pool.

As you may have noticed the past week or so the website has been going offline, the binary has been delayed on adding credits, skipping days, and overall the system has been overloaded. 

To be honest we never built our system and this database structure to handle the amount of daily sales volume, calculations, and overall traffic we are seeing now. It's grown extremely fast over the past few months especially and we are working very hard on moving everything to a HUGE platform that can handle this. 

However, this will take some time, we estimate about 3 weeks before the new servers are ready, secured, and moved over. In the mean time we are making big improvements to our scripts and monitoring everything 24/7 to keep things running smoothly. 

IMPORTANT... If you are having an issue please be patient! Do not open multiple tickets and understand that any delays in withdrawals, missed payments, or support questions you have will get handled! We are on a 72 hour+ response time and we will get to your issue as soon as possible. 

To fix this we are hiring more support people, more programmers, and getting more help to make sure we can handle all future growth. Thanks for your patience as we grow together through this challenge.
