Bitcoin Scaling - PLEASE READ and SHARE!

As you probably know from all the news Segwit2x was activated with consensus from the majority of miners (include us). The first step is done and we are in the middle of an activation period as the network prepares to upgrade. 

But there is something happening on August 1st that may have a big impact on the network. It's called BIP 148 UASF and it's a controversial way for non miners to try and gain power in Bitcoin. 

Right now the miners have all the power to decide which transactions are good and what new changes to support. This proposal would try and force the activation of Segwit through non mining nodes that anyone can download and run. 

The idea is all nodes running BIP 148 would begin rejecting blocks from miners who do not support Segwit. This could result in a chain split and potentially two or more version of Bitcoin. Or it could be a very boring event as everyone falls in line and supports a single chain.

Here is what you need to know and prepare for... 

#1. MOST IMPORTANT... We will be cutting off ALL withdrawals starting mid day on July 31st and we will resume only when it's safe to send them again. We are also shutting down the entire invoicing system so no new invoices can be generated and paid during this time. 

We expect the invoices to be down for about 2-3 days so please prepare for this and do not try and sign up any new members during this time. In fact, we think this is a perfect time to take a holiday somewhere and relax until this blows over. You may even see our website down as we will use the time to make some upgrades.

#2. Make sure you have your private keys backed up. You want to move all Bitcoin out of any exchange wallets that you don't have complete control over. Some of the best solutions are Ledger Hardware wallets, a Trezor hardware wallet, a paper wallet, or even blockchain.info wallet is a good choice. (Do not keep your Bitcoin in Coinbase, or any web wallet that holds your private keys) 

#3. Do not send Bitcoin or try and receive Bitcoin on August 1st until everything has been sorted and it's safe to resume transactions. You don't want to be stuck sending Bitcoin on the wrong chain or while the transition process is happening because you could lose them. 

#4. All Bitcoin inside BitClub Wallets are safe! We keep everything in cold storage and only transfer Bitcoin into hot wallets periodically to pay commission requests. So any balance shown in your back office will be safe and we can handle whatever scenario arises from this event. So you are welcome to keep your Bitcoin where it is.

Bitcoin Mining Pool Upgrades

We made some big improvements to our mining pool this past week so that we can be ready for the next wave of expansion. You may have noticed a lot of up and down spikes the past 3 weeks or so, but this has now been fixed with some new pool servers and some top notch block detection software that is helping to stabilize our power. 

We still have 50 PH coming online between now and middle of August, and another 50-75 PH projected growth each month starting in September. 

The mining earnings have really declined on a per share basis the past 90 days because of our rapid growth and bottleneck in adding this new equipment, but now you should see nice bump in the mining earnings as we push toward being 5% of the total Bitcoin network.

New Member Back Office

The new members back office is now live for all ranks. All you have to do is click on the login page and then login to the new section. In the next month or so the old back office will be phased out so we recommend you jump over and start using it.

The Android app is now live on the app store for everyone at all ranks to use. There are many "BitClub" apps on the play store so make sure you download the official one and watch out for any phishing attempts by apps that are designed to steal your info. Very important to have 2 factor enabled on your account in case it's compromised. 

If you are accessing the mobile website on an android we recommend you download the app for a much better and faster user experience. 

We will also have an Apple app for download sometime in the next few months. For this to be approved we cannot allow purchases through the app so we are working on taking out all possible ways to sign up and pay invoices. This app will be for managing your account, where as the Android app is full service.

GPU shares 2,000 day display error

We recently just updated all the shares for our GPU mining pool to pay out for a total of 2,000 days. This will include 2,000 days of mining! Right now our system is calculating this based on the date of purchase so in some cases this can be 30-45 days before the pool started to pay and we realize this error. 

Please be patient!! 

We are working on many new things to help improve the platform and we will fix this in the next few weeks. But this is NOT a priority right now because 2,000 days is a long time away and you are not going to miss out on anything. Please give us a few weeks to make theses changes, w are aware of this issue and it will be corrected! 

ETC Earnings Paid

The Ethereum Classic mining earnings from July 1st-7th have been compensated to all accounts mining during this time. ETC shares are back to paying normally and we will continue to monitor all mining operations in the future to catch and correct errors like this one. Thanks for your patience while we made these payments. 

Overall, we are growing at an incredible rate the past few months and we continue to hire and train more people to help manage our growth. We have also been expanding our mining operations in Iceland and all over the world to find the most efficient facilities to expand in.

We are all sitting in a great position to cash in on Bitcoin and other Digital Assets. Our next phase is to continue expanding our GPU mining operations while focusing on getting ClubCoin into the CoinPay Smart Payment platform and we couldn't be more excited about how everything is going.

Invoicing System Issues - Fixed!

Over the past few days our system has been extremely backed up verifying new transactions. This was due to an overloaded block explorer. We have fixed the issue and have made some upgrades to handle the increased volume so now everything is caught up and back to normal. 

There were no transactions missed during this time they were just pending until the load was resolved.

Right now there are two issues happening at the same time that could cause some future delays. First, the Bitcoin network itself is overloaded and it can be very slow at times causing invoices to take a long time. Second, is our own growth rate and the size of our database to keep up with demand. We are basically at full capacity with the amount of invoices we can generate per second, per minute, per day, etc..

We continue to make improvements and optimize our systems but we just wanted you to be aware that from time to time we could see increased periods of pending invoices, or in some cases invoices that are generated without Bitcoin addresses at all. This means the server is too busy and you should wait a few minutes and try again. 

During these times please be patient and know that we are aware of the issue and working to fix it. But with the current state of the network itself you just have to assume there will be some delays (like rush hour traffic). Thanks for understanding! 

All Bitcoin Pool Shares on 30 Day Delay...

As we mentioned in the previous update we are now moving all shares to begin paying after 30 days of purchase instead of 10 days. We have to do this because it takes time to order this many machines get them installed and get them hashing to pay out. 

The 30 day rule is now active for all new shares purchased on or after July 1st, and you will see this reflected in the countdown showing 1,030 days instead of 1,010 days. You will still earn for the same 1,000 days though. 

BIG Announcement - NEW GPU Founder Packs!

In Iceland we made a big announcement about our new GPU Founder Pack! 

We are very excited about the future of GPU mining because not only is it profitable, but with the flexibility of how many different coins we can mine it's a great opporutnity and we are able to secure GPU's from many different sources. GPU Shares Begin Paying Today...

All shares that were sold in the last few batches will go live and begin paying today! 

Moving forward all GPU shares will be on a 30 day delay from the time you purchase them (just like Bitcoin shares). So if you purchase today (July 1st) then you will begin earning your first commission 30 days from now and you will earn for a full 2,000 days. 

If you purchased a GPU pool in the past your account has been reflected to earn for 2,000 days minus however many days you have already been earning. This change was also announced in the previous update and will take place immediately by showing under the GPU shares page.

DASH is No Longer Available...

We have decided to stop mining DASH and it has now been removed from the list. If you were mining DASH then your share has automatically been switched over to ETH starting today and you will begin earning ETH unless you change to another coin. 

We will continue to support the DASH wallet and it's our hope that in the future we can bring back DASH because we do believe in the future of this coin. But right now we suggest you move all coins out of your DASH wallet ASAP! 

Iceland Leadership Event... 

A few weeks ago some of the top BitClub Network leaders met in Iceland together to take a tour of the Bitcoin mining facility. Over 200 people showed up and visited the facility and afterward everyone went to the Blue Lagoon for some lunch and a dip in the hot springs.

It was an amazing experience and we want to thank everyone who helped make it so great!

We even had some older Bitcoin mining machines (S5 Antminers) that were given away as souvenirs to anyone who wanted to take one back. We heard some of you had trouble getting through airport security with them but overall it was a huge success! 

At the data center there were some strict rules about taking pictures so there was only one approved photographer who was allowed inside and he took some pictures of everyone there. These pictures are now available on the website below for you to download and share as you wish.

NEW Dubai Leadership Event in October! 

We are excited to announce that our next leadership event will be held in Dubai!

We've been trying to put this trip together for over a year but things kept coming up and getting in the way. Now we finally have the dates booked and full details for what we plan to do there in October. 

This is going to be a once in a lifetime type of opportunity (just like Iceland was). We invite leaders from all over the world to join us here for some exclusive news, training, updates and future plans, but most importantly to have fun and get to know you better. This is much more of a reward trip than a working trip! 

We have to limit this event to 350 people and you MUST be a Pro Builder or higher rank in order to be invited (no exceptions). You will have up until the end of September to qualify as a Pro Builder and included in this trip. However, we are only allowing 350 people and then it will close so the event might be sold out by then.

We want to help you get there... 

If you are a Monster Builder then your trip will be fully paid for (except for airfare). This will include 4 nights stay and all accommodations. This will also include all excursions, tours, and meetings that we set up for the group. Basically all you have to do is get yourself there and we will take care of the rest! 

If you are a Master Builder then we will pay for about 80% of your accommodations, and if you are Pro Builder we will pay for about 60% of your accommodations. The exact details will be provided over the next few weeks with a link to a website where you see more details and the exact dates in October. 

This trip will be all about rewarding you in style and we can't wait to see you there!

New Back Office... Available to Pro Builder, Master and Monster

We are finally ready to release our new back office. This project was a complete overhaul of our system to separate out key components so that we could continue to hire developers to work on pieces that were isolated from each other. 

In short, we thought we would roll this out in January but it took until now to have a stable bug free platform. However, we still want to make sure it's bug free on a live test so we are only allowing Pro Builders, Master Builders, and Monster Builders to login and use the platform. 

This platform has a completely new backend that powers it, however we kept the look the same. (exactly the same). So you wont notice much of a cosmetic change but you will see a lot of new upgrades and this new platform is tied in with our Android app that will be launching in the next week on the Google play store. 

Some of the new features include...

1. Detailed wallet stats for every wallet (BTC, ETH, ETC, CC, ZEC, DASH). You can view stats based on different types of earnings/expenses, filter by date range etc. Look for this in the "Stats" tab under each individual wallet page.

2. Detailed Binary Cycle Stats can be seen from My Team >> Binary Tree page and then look to the right of "Activity for the last 3 cycles" and click on View all.

3. Now you can filter, view, and download a list of Personals in CSV, XLS, or PDF format. To find this go under My Team >> Personal Referrals

4. Communicate with your team using a personal team chat. This allows you to send messages through the platform to your team members. Right now this is pretty basic but we plan to expand this so you can use the platform to update and inform your team. To find this go under My Team >> Team Contact.

There are a lot more stats and other features including faster loading, caching and a brand new database that will soon sync up with our mobile app.

Our goal is to have only top leaders use this platform for about a week or so and report back any last bugs we may have missed. After making some final tweaks we will make it live for everyone. We will likely run this parallel with the old back office for about a month or so just to make sure all parts are working and stable before we kill the old back office. 

Try it out and report any bugs by opening a support ticket 

New Mining Pool Upgrades...

As of today BitClub Network has purchased a total of 317 PH on behalf of all members. Currently you will see about 240 PH is live an hashing in our pool with the remainder being sent as soon as the manufactures can assemble it and ship it.

We believe 500 PH is very doable by the end of the year so we are making some upgrades to our pool servers and we also are making few changes to the mining pool structure itself. These new changes will go live on July 1st so make sure you are aware of them. 

Change #1... With the current market conditions and the size of our orders we need to extend the 10 day waiting period to 30 days. This means when you purchase a new mining pool share your 1,000 days will not start earning for 30 days. This also includes partial shares! 

Change #2... We are going to be consolidating the partial share payments earned each month into 1 payment after the month is over. Basically, our system is being overloaded with partial share repurchases and all of the commissions that need to be paid on each of them needs to be optimized. 

This solution will not only help to consolidate the payments but it actually gives you up to 30 days more hashing time on each share and it makes the tracking and management much easier. 

Example... This is a sample table shown under the mining stats page for May partial shares:

Each time you earn 2.5% of the mining pool share the system automatically makes a repurchase. You see the repurchases individually like shown above. You will continue to see your partial shares earned in the current month, but after the month is over we will consolidate this table and sum all the of the partial shares earned to create a single monthly entry.

In this example the total new shares earned for May was 0.1029 shares, so all future payments will be made on this single figure. We are also going to give you the most days remaining on the last share earned in that month. (So in this case it would be 994 days). 

So here is what the new table will look like...

This consolidation will happen sometime in the next 2-3 weeks (we are hoping July 1st) and when this happens it will be much easier for you track and see the stats under your wallet transactions. So please don't be alarmed when you see your records shrink because the amounts will stay the same!

GPU Shares Start July 1st - New 2,000 Day Contracts

The latest batch of GPU mining equipment that was sold in June will begin paying on July 1st. Just like the previous GPU shares all mining shares will begin hashing Ethereum and you can switch to whatever coin you wish after it goes live. We may offer one more round of 2,000 shares this month that will also go live July 1st, so stay tuned for details on this if you still want in this batch. 

One big change we are making to ALL GPU mining shares is we are removing the "lifetime" share terms and moving all contracts to a maximum of 2,000 days. After mining in this space for the past couple years we have a much better handle on the life cycle and maintenance of these GPU rigs and we think many members were confused by the "lifetime" phrase meaning their own human lifetime. 

When we said lifetime, what we meant was the "lifetime" of the machine until it dies or is no longer profitable to maintain. 

2,000 days is a long time! We are talking about 5 1/2 years of running a machine at full capacity 24/7. Right now we are constantly having to replace little things like fans, memory cards, PSU's, mother boards, and GPU cards die as well. When we include all the labor to keep these machines running 24/7 we think 2,000 days is more than fair. 

Starting July 1st all shares will show the remaining days left, and this will include time that has already elapsed from ALL shares. If you are not happy about this change then you can always request your GPU rig and you can mine on your own. The buyout of your GPU will be all profits earned minus the cost of your machine and we will ship it to you ASAP!

NOTE: 2,000 days from now is the year 2022 and when these contracts reach that point we may be in a completely different situation and can do some type of buyout or who knows? But for today it was important that we set a hard limit on the time these GPU shares would pay because we estimate 80% of these machines will be dead by then.

Now Some Great GPU News...

There are some really exciting things happening in the GPU mining space today and our platform is set up perfectly to take full advantage of this ride up. For those of you who bought early shares you are no doubt happy with the results from both Ethereum and Zcash. 

We believe this market has A LOT more room to run and we are going to be aggressively expanding our mining operations to take advantage of these next 5 years! In fact, we will be making a big announcement at our upcoming leadership meeting in Iceland where we have invited some of our top leaders to take a private tour of our mining facilities. 

After we make the announcement in Iceland there we will be an update here with everything said. 

Pools & Withdrawal Process Upgraded - Delays Fixed!

Due to the amount of daily earnings and withdrawal requests from all of the coins we now support (Bitcoin, ClubCoin, Ethereum, ETC, Dash, Monero, and Zcash) we had to make some big upgrades to our scripts to improve this process and this is now complete.

Some of you may have experienced delays in receiving your payments and withdrawals over the past 2 weeks and we apologize for this. Everything is now caught up to date (or will be by the end of today) and you can expect a much faster payout moving forward.

DASH No Longer Available GPU Shares 

Mining DASH with GPU's is no longer profitable. We have seen some big deployments of new ASIC chips in the DASH ecosystem and this makes it hard for GPU profitability. This means we are going to be shutting down the DASH pool starting July 1st.

If you are currently mining DASH you should switch over ASAP because you are losing a lot of money by not being in ETH or ZEC right now. 

If you don't switch manually then your shares will automatically switch over to Ethereum starting July 1st. We will continue to support DASH wallets and we really like the future of where DASH is headed, they have a great development team and concept with their master nodes, but right now it doesn't make sense to use our GPU power to mine DASH. 

We strongly suggest you withdrawal all of your DASH coins

Ethereum Classic Fork Commissions Paid...

These were long overdue... But just recently all shares of the initial GPU Ethereum mining pool have been issued the matching ETC tokens from back when the chain forked. These coins have been credited to your ETC wallet and you can now withdrawal them easily. 

NOTE: Our new Hardware Wallets also support ETC so you can withdrawal them to your device if you have one. This is actually the safest place to store ETC right now!

Hardware Wallets Batch #2... 

We had a slight delay in the second batch of hardware wallets (basically we sold too many too fast). This caused some delay because the company couldn't make them fast enough for our demand but now we are stocked full of wallets and will be shipping all outstanding orders this week. 

You will see your order marked as Confirmed and then marked Shipped once we have verified your address. After this you will receive the tracking info so you can make sure to find your package. We know some of you have been waiting a long time to receive this so thanks again for your patience! 

Moving forward we have a better system in place, and a stacked supply chain so we can process orders as they come in rather than in batches. So feel free to order the hardware wallets and know you will receive them a lot faster.

The donation sharing network

When you join, you will get a sponsor. It may be the person who referred you, or it will be someone in their down-line - someone else they referred or someone one of their referrals referred.

So, you'll make your first donation to your sponsor. That allows you to get referrals and receive donations.

The first 3 people who you sponsor will donate the 1st Level amount to you.

The 3 people they each sponsor (total 9) will each donate the 2nd Level amount to you.

The next level down - level 3 - (total 27) will each donate the 3rd Level amount to you.

This goes on for 5 levels growing each time in total by a factor of 3.

Now, the people you sponsor on your 1st level will donate the 2nd Level amount to your sponsor.

Then they will donate the 3rd Level amount to your sponsor's sponsor (3 levels up).

And on up the line it goes to 5 levels.

Donation Rules:

1-You must maintain an active membership to receive donations. 2-You must have made the Level donation within the specified period in order to receive that Level donation from others. 3-If you do not have the required Level active then donations at that Level which are due to you will pass up to your sponsor or someone else in your up line who is eligible.

Spillover:

You will be able to have a maximum of 3 active referrals on your 1st level. Those are called your front line, or direct referrals. You may refer many more people who sign up with your referral link. If you have no active referrals on your front line, then no members you refer will spillover because no one in your down-line is eligible yet. So, you may see that you have many more than 3 referrals on your front line if none are active.

Once the members in your front line make their first donations then they can have referrals placed under them. And once you have 3 active members on your front line the next ones who make a donation will spillover before doing so. They will be assigned to someone in your down-line as their sponsor. The reset of your referrals will spillover when they register for an account.

What's make your platform/matrix different from the other?

Well, If you upgrade to the max Level 5 and a direct referral from your level 5 down-line upgrade all the way to Level 5 as well, you are eligible to receive the 2 BTC donation even if you don't yet have all 3 members on your 1st Level (or any of your levels are completed for that matter) you will still receive the 2 BTC donation from that member as per the other platforms will let you get donations from a Level, only if the previous one is completed.

Very important to read below!
The system will not accept wrong amount (+ or -) send to sponsors. (you will have to resend the right amount of coins)

The system will expire your transaction if still 0 confirmations after 48 hours.

You will not be able to upgrade to the next level until your previous transaction is completed.

You will have to perform your own support on a fail transaction and contact your sponsor yourself (make sure you record your sponsor email and user ID before sending coins)

Understand that this is a member to member donations platform not a member to admin to member platform. Therefore, we do not collect any fees or commissions on your donations.

Members are responsible for sending the right amount of coins with enough fee for the transaction to get minimum 1 confirmation in the 48 hours time frame.
